Floyd Rose Audio Warranty Terms & Conditions
Your Floyd Rose Audio Product is covered by a One Year Limited Warranty.
All Floyd Rose products have their own unique product registration card that is included with each product. Please complete the registration of your product on our website (www.floydroseaudio.com) within 10 days of purchase.
If a defect in material or workmanship arises with your product and a valid warranty claim is received by Floyd Rose Audio, you will be entitled to a repair or replacement of the product purchased.
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser of the product.
In the event of a defect, Proof of Purchase in the form of the original purchase receipt or packaging slip is required along with your product registration number for warranty validation and service.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidental drops, misuse, abuse, tampering, modification, or breakage due to improper care.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from any breach of the warranty but not limited to Loss of Use, Loss of revenue and Loss of Profits. This warranty does not cover any third party devices or the personal property of any consumer (including Smart phones, Tablets or Computers).
In the case of any product made of wood or wood finish materials, as each product made from these materials are unique, this warranty does not cover any wood finishes. Please protect the wood finish of your product by carefully storing the product after each use.
Any alteration, change, modification or repair made to the product by a party other than Floyd Rose Audio or Authorized Service Providers will void this warranty.
To initiate your warranty claim, visit our website (www.floydroseaudio.com) and click on the SUPPORT section. You will be asked for your product registration card number and someone will be in contact you within 48 business hours of receipt of claim to issue a claim number along with instructions and address for the product return.
Pack your product well (please do not include any accessories such as product carrying cases or cables (unless these are defective as well). Please remember to include a copy of your purchase receipt and the claim packing list you will receive from us.
You are responsible for shipping the defective product to our service center. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge to you repair or replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. There is no charge for the inspection, repair or return postage.
Floyd Rose Audio product warranties and remedies above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied.
Limitations and Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover any product purchased through non-authorized dealers. Non-authorized dealer receipts are NOT accepted for warranty verification.
This Limited Warranty applies only to Floyd Rose Audio product. The warranty does not extend to any non-Floyd Rose Audio product, even in the event such product is bundled or sold in conjunction with a Floyd Rose Audio product
This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Floyd Rose Audio product under normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with the written use instructions provided with the product. This warranty is null and void and does not apply to damage to product caused by accident, abuse, misuse, use for any purpose other than its intended purpose, acts of God, or any alteration or modification of the product, including water damage.

NOTE: Please do not attempt to fix your Floyd Rose Audio product by yourself. If you are experiencing any problems with the product, please do not return it to the store you bought it from past the stores return policy timeframe.
